Bill Callahan has released his new single, “Stepping Out for Air,” ahead of his forthcoming album My Days of 58, set for February 27th. The track showcases his intense baritone voice along with a relaxed horn section, spotting a calming, introspective tone. Callahan explained its feel as “someone on the couch playing” and reflected, “I held on to the song… I like this song. It feels good.”
