Guv walks out, again; CM demands doing away with address

Tamil Nadu Governor RN Ravi walked out of the assembly Tuesday. He refused to deliver the customary address. The Governor's office cited misleading statements in the government's prepared speech. Chief Minister MK Stalin condemned the walkout.
