Husker legend Tom Osborne could join Nebraska Hall of Fame early with bipartisan legislation

Former Husker football coach Tom Osborne could be nominated for the Nebraska Hall of Fame decades early under a bill introduced on behalf of Gov. Jim Pillen on Tuesday.
