India's first privately-built earth observation satellite constellation, led by Pixxel Space, is set for launch next year. A consortium of startups, including PierSight, SatSure Analytics India, and Dhruva Space, will build and deploy 12 satellites. This Rs 1,200 crore project aims to provide high-resolution data for government and commercial use, bolstering India's private space sector.
