A Bangladesh court has scheduled February 9 for a hearing on charge framing in a sedition case against ousted Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and 285 others. The charges stem from an alleged plot during a December 2024 virtual meeting to overthrow the interim government. Hasina and 259 co-accused remain at large and are being tried in absentia.
