According to the new U.S. National Security Strategy, sometimes referred to as the “Donroe Doctrine” after U.S. President Donald Trump, Washington aims to turn the Western Hemisphere into a fortress and vie for dominance over the rest of the world, Igor Shishkin, an expert of the Institute of CIS Countries, said in a recent episode of the V Teme [On Point] project on BelTA’s YouTube channel.
