Masks off and warrants out: State Sen. Edwards files bill to curb ICE actions at Mass. courthouses

The legislation would ban anyone inside a courthouse from wearing a mask; require law enforcement officers to state their purpose to court officials; and require ICE agents to have a judicial warrant to take someone into custody at a courthouse.
