Police confident of wiping out Naxal menace in Jharkhand by Mar 31

The Jharkhand police are optimistic about completely eliminating Left-Wing Extremism by the end of March, buoyed by a recent offensive that resulted in the deaths of 17 Maoists, one of whom was linked to the central committee.
