Alicia Vikander Stuns in a Mesh Gown at the Gothenburg Film Festival in Sweden

Alicia Vikander looks elegant at the 2026 Gothenburg Film Festival.

The 37-year-old actress celebrated the start of the annual festival at its opening ceremony in Sweden on Friday (January 23).

For the event, Alicia dressed in a chocolate brown floor-length gown made from lattice-like mesh. Her form-fitting outfit had some beaded appliques and she paired the gown with open-toed heels and earrings.

She has a few projects coming up this year, including the South Korean sci-fi film Hope that she stars in with husband Michael Fassbender. Alicia also stars in the American drama film The Last Day with Victoria Pedretti and Wagner Moura.

Last year, it was announced that she had joined the cast of the animated feature co-starring Jamie Dornan.

She also commented on the “dated” aspect of her divisive movie The Danish Girl starring Eddie Redmayne.
