Germany's EEP buys UK's Notonthehighstreet (NOTHS), calls in new management

Notonthehighstreet (NOTHS) has a new owner. German private equity boutique Executive Equity Partners (EEP) has acquired 100% of the firm from Great Hill Equity Partners and Burda Principal Investments.
