Rakesh Jhunjhunwala, also known as India's Warren Buffett, turned Rs 1 crore into Rs 2O crore overnight after the 1989 budget presented by Madhu Dhanwate in the then VP Singh government. An old clip of Rakesh Jhunjhunwala, an ace investor, has resurfaced in which he can be heard saying that VP Singh will not give a budget that will hurt the business community.
