Tirupati police arrest 13 for ‘abduction, assault’ of student union leaders

Student leaders Ali Akbar and Vinod Kumar, who were about to participate in a demonstration against Mohan Babu University (MBU), were allegedly abducted by some persons owing allegiance to the university
