UI Boustead Real Estate Investment Trust is preparing for its initial public offering on the Singapore Exchange. Investor education will commence on February 9. The REIT specializes in logistics and industrial properties, mainly in Singapore. Funds raised will support property acquisitions, transaction costs, loan repayments, and working capital. Citigroup is a joint global coordinator for this offering.
