Reports: Slugger Marcell Ozuna joins Pirates on 1-year deal

Slugger Marcell Ozuna agreed to a one-year, $12 million contract with the Pittsburgh Pirates, multiple media outlets reported Monday.

The deal, pending the results of a physical, will pay the outfielder/designated hitter $10.5 million in 2026 with a $16 million mutual option for 2027 and a $1.5 million buyout.
