Will Ariana Grande Be at the 2026 Actor Awards? Here's What We Know
While many stars are tapped to arrive at the 2026 Actor Awards, formerly known as the Screen Actors Guild Awards, including most of the nominees, but one nominee has already RSVP’d no: Ariana Grande.
Despite being nominated for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role for her role as Glinda in Wicked: For Good, Grande will not be attending the esteemed award ceremony held on March 1 at the Shrine Auditorium & Expo Hall in Los Angeles.
An inside source told People that Grande is missing the ceremony as she rehearses for her upcoming tour, The Eternal Sunshine Tour. Her tour will run from Jun 6, 2026, until Sep 1, 2026.
In a previous chat with Interview, Grande revealed that this long-awaited tour will not be as huge as her previous ones (but it seems she’s prepping just as much). “We’re doing a small amount compared to what I used to do back in the day. I think it’s 45 shows,” she said. “It’s not that small, but it’s at least half of what I used to do.”
(Plus, per IMDb, she’s also been working on acting gigs for the movie Focker In-Law, which is set to be released on Nov 25, 2026, and American Horror Story.)

Despite earning nominations from the Actor Awards, Critics’ Choice Awards, and Golden Globe Awards, she wasn’t nominated for the BAFTA Awards and the Oscars. (She lost the Critics’ Choice Awards to Amy Madigan for Weapons and lost the Golden Globe Award to Teyana Taylor for One Battle After Another.)
But it seems like she has a packed schedule for 2026!
