48 Larnaca, Paphos flights cancelled

A total of 48 flights between Cyprus and the Middle East were cancelled on Sunday, Hermes airports told the Cyprus News Agency.

Of those, 36 were flights due to operate to and from Larnaca airport and 12 connecting to Paphos.

The flights were due to have operated to Israel and other countries of the Middle East.

All other flights proceeded as planned, the airport operator said.

Travellers are advised to check with the airline or travel agent before heading to the airport.
