The High Court of Ghana has awarded GH cent;5 million in general damages against Oliver Barker-Vormawor in a defamation suit brought by former National Security Minister Albert Kan Dapaah. The ruling, delivered in Accra by Justice Joseph Owusu Adu-Agyeman, also ordered Barker-Vormawor to pay GH cent;100,000 in legal costs to Kan Dapaah.
