K C Venugopal stated the Vande Mataram singing was a communication matter. He accused the BJP of using the issue to divert attention from real problems. Venugopal mentioned the Congress respects both Vande Mataram and the national anthem. He urged the BJP to address land issues in Arunachal Pradesh first. The party will decide on the KPCC reshuffle soon.
