Bayer defeats FTC in dietary supplement contempt case

(Reuters) - Bayer AG prevailed in a lawsuit filed by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission that accused the drugmaker's U.S. unit of making unsubstantiated claims about a dietary supplement marketed to promote digestion.
