S.C. Republicans accused of hypocrisy for seeking flood relief after opposing Sandy aid

Democrats are urging South Carolina Republicans in Congress who voted against increasing federal aid for the Northeast after Superstorm Sandy not to stand in the way of funneling disaster relief to flood-stricken communities in their own state.
