HSBC to sell Bermuda trust and investment management business

(Reuters) - HSBC Bank Bermuda Ltd, a subsidiary of HSBC Holdings, has agreed to sell its Bermuda Trust Company Ltd and investment management operations in Bermuda to the Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son Ltd.
