New work schedule announced for residents of Almaty region

Tengrinews.kz - A new work schedule has been introduced in the Almaty region. The information was confirmed by the regional akimat's press service.

Starting June 16, government institutions in the Almaty region will follow a new schedule: the workday will begin at 08:00 a.m. and end at 5:30 p.m., with a lunch break from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

The akimat (local government administration) clarified that the eight-hour workday remains in place and is in accordance with the country's Labor Code. Government agencies will continue to operate as usual.
