Anti-terror drills to be held at Astana International Airport

Tengrinews.kz – A scheduled anti-terrorism exercise will take place at Nursultan Nazarbayev International Airport and the business aviation terminal in Astana on July 19, according to the city's anti-terrorism operations headquarters.
The drills will be conducted from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with restricted access for both pedestrians and vehicles in the area during that time.
Authorities say the goal is to test the readiness of law enforcement and special services to respond swiftly to potential terrorist threats.

"We urge citizens to remain calm and cooperative during the drills, follow safety measures, comply with lawful orders from officials, and rely solely on official sources of information to avoid spreading false news," the headquarters stated.
