Dollar exchange rate falls in Kazakhstan

Tengrinews.kz - The U.S. dollar exchange rate in Kazakhstan as of August 12.

Following the day session on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), the weighted average exchange rate of the U.S. dollar stood at 542.29 tenge, down 0.49 tenge. The official rate set by the National Bank for August 12 is 542.66 tenge per dollar.

According to kurs.kz, at the moment the average purchase rate of the dollar in Almaty exchange offices is 541.47 tenge, while the selling rate is 543.63 tenge. In Astana, the average purchase rate is 538.73 tenge, and the selling rate is 545.71 tenge.

Earlier, analysts issued a forecast for the dollar exchange rate in September.
