UPDATE 1-Vattenfall gets one binding bid for German lignite assets

PRAGUE/FRANKFURT, March 16 (Reuters) - Sweden's Vattenfall has received a binding offer for its lignite assets in Germany, while one potential buyer has dropped out and another said Vattenfall would have to contribute money itself to keep the loss-making operations running.
