Pimentel III says claims of Marcos’ camp remain a “non-issue”

A chairman of the National Board of Canvassers (NBOC) dismissed on Thursday (May 26, 2016) the issue on the “unusually high” number of undervotes raised by the camp of Sen. Senator Ferdinand Marcos Jr. amid the tight vice presidential race.
