Port: Traffic situation around Mount Pleasant terminal improving

The State Ports Authority said traffic flow improved around the Wando Welch Terminal on Tuesday as crews worked to iron out the kinks of a new gate system that led to heavy congestion in that area of Mount Pleasant.
