DOJ issues look out bulletin vs 5 ‘narco generals’

The Department of Justice (DOJ) on Wednesday issued a Look Out Bulletin against the five alleged "narco generals" who were earlier named by President Rodrigo Roa Duterte as the alleged protectors of drug lords in the country.
