Typhoon #FerdiePH moves closer to northern Luzon

A tropical cyclone warning was issued Monday over parts of Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Northern Luzon as typhoon "Ferdie" (international name "Meranti") moves closer towards the islands of extreme northern Luzon.
