IOP police: Drunken woman spitting mad, threatened to rip officers' throats out 'like a vampire'

Isle of Palms police responding to a call of drunken patrons at a restaurant Tuesday night arrested a 45-year-old woman who reportedly spit in their faces and threatened to rip their throats out "like a vampire."
