Scott expands his 'Opportunity Agenda' with 'Opportunity Coalition'

WASHINGTON — U.S. Sen. Tim Scott speaks often about the need for Republicans to address the nation’s poverty epidemic in terms Americans can understand. It seems some of his fellow GOP lawmakers are catching on.
