Foreign Minister Kęstutis Budrys says that Minsk's decision not to allow Lithuanian trucks to leave its territory and not to help prevent the smuggling of weather balloons is a combined attack. Therefore, the minister says that the European Union (EU) must respond to such actions by Alexander Lukashenko's regime with even greater sanctions against Belarus.
