The building maintenance, property management and engineering solutions group Civinity has set a goal to increase its EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation) tenfold over the next five years. This will fundamentally transform its operating model so that at least 30% of its portfolio consists of digital products. Deividas Jacka, founder and Chairman of the Board, says that to grow faster than the market average and maintain leadership, traditional methods are no longer sufficient – investment in digital transformation is essential.
