Kiev Should Amend Law on Donbass Before Deployment of UN Peacekeepers - Moscow

The Russia’s envoy to the Trilateral Contact Group on Ukraine stated that Kiev should first introduce amendments to the law on the Donbass special status on the basis of the Steinmeier formula before the deployment of the UN peacekeepers.
