Connelly: Washington, 14 other states sue Trump over DACA

Washington, New York, nine other states sue Trump over decision to end program that protects young immigrants from deportation.  The President's decision is "cruel and unlawful," says Washington AG Bob Ferguson.  It is "cruel, gratuitous, and devastating," says New York AG Eric Schneideman.
