An ex-CIA chief wants the U.S. to help Syrian rebels “kill” Russian and Iranian troops to “scare” President Bashar al-Assad of Syria. The former deputy director of the CIA, Michael Morell, made the suggestion during a CBS interview. The New Arab reports: During Monday’s interview, Morell said that Washington should take revenge for US troops killed by Shia militias following the Iraq invasion and occupation from 2003.
