Rutgers resumes classes on Cook/Douglass campuses

Classes are resuming Thursday after a series of power outages on Wednesday canceled some classes and closed some buildings on its main campus in New Brunswick. Rutgers spokesman E.J. Miranda says about 300 students slept on cots in a gym, while others stayed with friends or went back home with their families for the night.

COLUMBUS, Ohio, Sept. 15 (UPI) -- Tyree King, 13, was fatally shot by a Ohio police on Wednesday following reports of an armed robbery. It was later revealed he had a BB gun with a laser sight.
