Regina's final moments in the premiere may have confused a few fans when she said she chooses to believe his soul wasn't obliterated, and a tiny feather fell down behind her to show she was right. When she explained she needs to have hope and believe that Hades [Greg Germann] was lying, that was her taking a leap of faith into believing he wasn't obliterated. In our minds, it's actually a more meaningful place for us to get to actually believe and hope that he is in that better place, than to actually dig around for physical proof and get it.

After their Hugo Strange (BD Wong) inspired rough patch last season, the two will quickly bury the hatchet and reunite, just as Penguin begins another rise to power. With Penguin becoming a bona fide hero among the Gotham citizenry as he tries to rid the city of the Indian Hill monsters, it's probably going to be beneficial for Nygma to latch on to his mate's coattails.Who knows to what heights that alliance could take them?

Jane Pauley will take over as anchor of CBS Sunday Morning for the retiring Charles Osgood, Pauley announced during the news program's Sept. 25 broadcast. The change is not unexpected, as Osgood revealed on Aug. 25 that Sept. 25 would be his last show, and veteran journalist Pauley has been a contributor to the news magazine show since 2014.

On Fox's new live-action/animated hybrid sitcom Son of Zorn, Saturday Night Live alum Jason Sudeikis provides his baritone voice to Zorn, a He-Man-like warrior from the island of Zephyria who moves to Orange County, Calif. to rekindle his relationship with his ex-wife Edie (Cheryl Hines) and their teenage son Alangulon aka Alan (Johnny Pemberton). Amazon Prime is leaning hard into late-'60s period pieces this fall, with Woody Allen's Crisis In Six Scenes arriving this week and Good Girls Revolt coming to the streaming service in October. The latter series, which released its first trailer on Saturday, tells the story of a group of young female employees at a magazine called News of the Week as they stand up to their sexist bosses in 1969.
