Duizenden mensen, onder wie minister Jet Bussemaker (Onderwijs, Cultuur & Wetenschap) en minister Lodewijk Asscher (Sociale Zaken en Werkgelegenheid) liepen vandaag mee in een lange vredesmars door Amsterdam. De stoet trok van Amsterdam Zuidoost via het Amstelstation naar het Museumplein om aandacht te vragen voor solidariteit, empathie en maatschappelijke verdraagzaamheid.
