Wilcox, with local ties, interviews for Cal head job

A day after interviewing Cal offensive coordinator Jake Spavital, Williams on Wednesday met with Wisconsin defensive coordinator Justin Wilcox about the possibility of replacing Sonny Dykes, who was fired Sunday after going 19-30 in four seasons, including 1-11 against the Pac-12’s other California schools.
