UN Panel: Syrian Government Used Chemical Weapons in 20 Attacks

U.N. human rights investigators said in a report Wednesday that Syrian government forces were responsible for 20 chemical weapons attacks primarily against civilians during the past four years. Western Carolina University enrollment tops 11,000

CULLOWHEE, N.C. (AP) — Enrollment at Western Carolina University has topped 11,000 for the first time. Figures from the National Center for Educational Services shows enrollment at the school in Cullowhee reached 11,043 for the fall semester. Western Carolina topped 10,000 for the first time in 2013.
