18 people have been wounded in a traffic accident on Herat-Farah highway. The incident took place in Durahi Farah Road area of Farah province last night. Naimatullah Khalil who is an officer of the Afghan National Army (ANA) in the area said that a military vehicle collided with a civilian bus leaving eighteen people wounded.
