India, UAE ink 7 pacts but fail to seal deal on civil nuclear energy

India and UAE on Thursday signed seven agreements spanning cyber security, infrastructure investment, renewable energy and space cooperation as Prime Minister Narendra Modi twice met the visiting Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
