United States Secretary of State John Kerry has announced that a ceasefire will be put in place in Syria in one week and that humanitarian aid will be provided starting immediately. The ceasefire, which was declared Friday, local time in Munich, will not apply to the fight against the Islamic State group, Kerry said.
