Seoul shares trade 1.3 pct lower in late morning

SEOUL, Feb. 12 (Yonhap) -- South Korean stocks traded 1.3 percent lower late Friday morning, as investor sentiment was dismayed by growing volatility in global markets. The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index (KOSPI) fell 24.51 points to 1,
