Would baby hatches have saved Lily Grace?

On 10 February, the NSW Coroner released his findings into the death of baby Lily Grace who, in November 2014, was found in a shallow grave in the sand-dunes of Sydney’s Maroubra beach. It is not known whether she was dead before she was abandoned.
