Supreme Court quashes suspension of six DMDK MLAs from Tamil Nadu assembly

More than 10 months after six DMDK legislators were suspended from the Tamil Nadu assembly, the Supreme Court on Friday set aside the decision saying the fundamental rights of the MLAs had been violated.
