David Headley confirms plans to target Bal Thackeray

Pakistani-American terrorist-turned-approver David Coleman Headley on Friday said he had recced Shiv Sena Bhavan in Dadar West in Mumbai with the intention to target the building and the then party supremo Bal Thackeray.
