Gogoi pits UPA largesse against NDA's closed fist

Chief minister Tarun Gogoi on Thursday released figures comparing the central assistance received by Assam during the first NDA government under Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee and the two terms of UPA rule that followed it.
