Email by terror suspect targets Parrikar

Goa police on Thursday submitted to the court a set of emails about Sameer Sardana allegedly targeting defence minister Manohar Parrikar over the statement, "You have to neutralize terrorists through terrorists only," that Parrikar made in May last year.
